Champion of the weird and eccentric, Trixie sees cabaret as an outsider art form that has an obligation to transform societal taboos and challenge conventions. To that end, she draws inspiration from the Huntress / Wild Woman archetype, believing that it still quite powerful to see a woman existing for her own independence and pleasure. A creative risk taker, Trixie seeks to embody contradictions, combining strength and vulnerability, humor and sexuality, glamour and power; bringing the incredibly strange and brightly colored treasures of her heart and soul to the stage, page and screen.
